新建煤矸石烧结砖隧道窑的烘烤调试与其它烧结砖窑炉烘烤调试有不同特点。笔者根据诸多生产厂家的调查与亲身经验体会是，在烘窑过程中过火速度快，温度控制难度较大，稍不谨慎，会导致不可想象的后果。窑炉是生产厂家的热工心脏设备，很多生产厂家在烘窑调试过程中，将煤矸石烧结砖窑炉的调试方案同粘土、页岩、粉煤灰烧结砖窑炉的方案等同处理，一是造成了烘窑时间上的差异；三是出现问题后处理不当，造成烘调不必要的额外损失。鉴于此首先我们必须认识它的严重性，然后选择合理的烘调方案，使窑炉这个独立的热工设备能正常运行。
