生产工艺的主要环节有：将煤矸石装入料斗经皮带机送至原料加工厂房，经锤式粉碎机粉碎、滚筒筛或振动筛筛选加工成合格物料，然后送入一级搅拌加水后送入陈化仓进行陈化。把经过陈化的物料用皮带机送入二级搅拌及真空制砖机制成砖坯，然后用液压自动码坯机将砖坯码到窑车上送入烘干洞进行烘干，将烘干的砖坯用摆渡车送到隧道窑口后顶入窑内烧结而成为成品砖。
The main links of production process are as follows: coal gangue is loaded into hopper percutaneous belt conveyor and sent to raw material processing plant, which is crushed by hammer mill, screened by drum screen or vibration screen and processed into qualified materials, and then sent into aging bin after first-level mixing and adding water. The aged materials are fed into a two-stage mixer and a vacuum brick-making machine by belt conveyor to make bricks. Then the bricks are fed into a drying hole on a kiln car by a hydraulic automatic billet-making machine to dry them. The dried bricks are fed to the tunnel kiln entrance by a ferry car and then sintered into the kiln to form finished bricks.
