煤矸石烧结砖生产工艺的主要环节
煤矸石烧结砖是以煤矸石为结合剂的烧结砖工艺所生产的建筑材料。

生产工艺的主要环节有:将煤矸石装入料斗经皮带机送至原料加工厂房,经锤式粉碎机粉碎、滚筒筛或振动筛筛选加工成合格物料,然后送入一级搅拌加水后送入陈化仓进行陈化。把经过陈化的物料用皮带机送入二级搅拌及真空制砖机制成砖坯,然后用液压自动码坯机将砖坯码到窑车上送入烘干洞进行烘干,将烘干的砖坯用摆渡车送到隧道窑口后顶入窑内烧结而成为成品砖。

煤矸石制砖,从耐压、抗折、耐酸以及耐碱性能都高于粘土砖;从建筑用砖的成本方面来看,砌墙及粉刷前不用浇水,可节省用水费及人工费,同时,由于硬度高,产品在运输中的损耗比粘土砖低。
