由于烧结砖在使用时是大面积铺装,所以如果砖的色差太大的话会直接影响整体铺装的效果,以至于影响整体视觉美感。所以烧结砖成品的色差也必然成为衡量其质量优劣的重要指标之一。造成烧结砖成品色差过大的原因主要有以下几个原因:

1.选材与制作砖胚时材料的搅拌不均。

2.砖坯在装窑车时码放不合理,稀疏不均匀造成火焰不能均匀加热所有砖坯,使砖坯在预热时加热不均,砖坯水分未能彻底排除就进入烧成带,造成部分砖出现黑心、红心现象。
