如何提高实心烧结砖的强度是每一个实心烧结砖厂家颇为关心的问题,从现在烧结砖的生产技术来讲,提高烧结砖的强度可以从以下的几个方面着手:

1.提高实心烧结砖砖机的成型压力

实心烧结砖砖机成型压力的提高,使实心烧结砖的密度提高。只有提高砖坯的密度,才能烧出高强度的烧结砖。实践证明,成型压力(2.2到2.3之间)MPa的砖坯,烧出砖抗压强度一般为(13.9到15之间)MPa,而成型压力达到3MPa的砖坯,烧出转的抗压强度很容易达到20MPa。
