| a.利用锤式破碎机对煤矸石原料进行破碎,然后用滚筒筛进行颗粒筛分处理,使得到的原料颗粒大小在2mm以下,其中2mm-50μm的占25%,50μm-5μm的占55%,小于5μm的占20%,然后所得原料经搅拌机加水搅拌;b.把搅拌好的原料输入陈化库陈化;c.经陈化完的原料输入真空挤出机挤出成型;d.把成型得到的坯体码放入干燥窑中干燥;e.将干燥好的坯体放入焙烧窑中焙烧。本发明由于采用高细破碎和陈化技术,提高坯料塑性;制坯采用高压真空挤出成型,提高砖坯密实度,优化空心砖的孔型和孔洞排布,进一步提高孔洞率,降低了砖内部传热,提高了砖的保温性能。 A.
