| ａ．利用锤式破碎机对煤矸石原料进行破碎，然后用滚筒筛进行颗粒筛分处理，使得到的原料颗粒大小在２ｍｍ以下，其中２ｍｍ－５０μｍ的占２５％，５０μｍ－５μｍ的占５５％，小于５μｍ的占２０％，然后所得原料经搅拌机加水搅拌；ｂ．把搅拌好的原料输入陈化库陈化；ｃ．经陈化完的原料输入真空挤出机挤出成型；ｄ．把成型得到的坯体码放入干燥窑中干燥；ｅ．将干燥好的坯体放入焙烧窑中焙烧。本发明由于采用高细破碎和陈化技术，提高坯料塑性；制坯采用高压真空挤出成型，提高砖坯密实度，优化空心砖的孔型和孔洞排布，进一步提高孔洞率，降低了砖内部传热，提高了砖的保温性能。 A.
